All our Personal Electric Vehicles (PEV) come with 2 years warranty for all types of motor and 1 year warranty for battery, controller and charger. You need to send the PEV or parts to our showroom for checking and replacement.

Motor (2 Years)
-We replace with 1to1 exchange. Motor parts includes folding motor, recline motor and wheelchair motor.

Battery, Controller, Charger (1 Year)
-We offer you 1 Year warranty for battery, controller and charger. The battery got two type Lead Acid and Lithium Ion. Life span for Lead Acid is 2-3 years and Lithium Ion is 3-5 years. But it depends on driving mode.
