We came from JB specifically to look for an electric wheelchair because this place offers a wider variety compared to other shops. The service from the staff was excellent, and they had clear knowledge of each product. The staff members, Zahirah and Nazrul, patiently explained and answered every question we had.
For the product we chose, the staff informed us that it was out of stock at the time and would be available at the end of the month, on 31/1/26. However, they later informed us that the item arrived earlier, on 26/1/26, and that delivery would be made within two days. In the end, we received the item even earlier, taking only one day. We received the product on 27/1/26.
For the installation and instructions on how to use the wheelchair, the wireless remote, and how to charge the battery, everything was explained by the staff via WhatsApp video. The explanations were clear and easy to understand. We highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wheelchair. It was truly worth coming from far away to get detailed explanations for each product, which helped us make a well-informed decision and ultimately purchase from here.

I have been looking for such a full folding disability chair for a long time, and I found it at this mobility shop in Kuala Lumpur. It's good for full lying and for shower. Great service and very helpful staff. They assembled and wrapped it for me while I was going to airport. So, it's easy to check it with my luggage.

Bought electric wheelchair 11kg V1. This model is obviously lightweight, has great mobility and easy to control, very comfortable, simple to stow away, and practical design at a great price. The shop itself offers reasonable selections from manual to electric, single or dual foot rests, lightweight or heavy. More importantly the shop rep (Hafiz) was very helpful, attentive and patients to the many questions I had. Thank you very much.

All of our electric wheelchair can fold and fit into car boot. The folding type is
different for every model.
The controller can install right or left side. If you purchase, we install the
controller which side you want.
We recommend you to purchase the Lightweight model, we got 3 model
which is Lightweight 17kg, Lightweight 14kg and Lightweight 12kg. But for
Lightweight model the maximum capacity is 100kg
The controller will indicate the bar of battery level. The electric wheelchair
comes with rechargeable batteries. Plug the charger into the charger port on
the wheelchair. When charging the electric wheelchair, the charger will
indicate LED Red (Charging) and LED Green (Full Charged).
We provide the warranty 2 years for motor and 1 year for controller, battery
and charger. We sell the electric wheelchair with spare parts. You can directly
purchase the spare-parts from us.
